A calm place to keep the things you are already doing.
Oria is a light daily log for the woman who is already putting in the work. Note the meal in a line, log the walk or the class, tick the habits you chose — and let the app hold the week so you do not have to.

What Oria includes
One subscription, everything below. No tiers, no add-ons, nothing sold inside the app.
A meal log, not an audit
Write the meal in a line, or tap one you already saved. No calorie column, no colour-coded warnings, and no score at the bottom of the day.
Movement you actually did
Save the walk, the class, the strength session, the twenty minutes at home — log the minutes and how it felt. Oria records it; it never prescribes it.
Habits you chose
Keep a short list you built yourself. Add one, drop one, pause one for a week — it is your list, and there is no streak hanging over it.
Water and rest, if you want them
Two taps, optional, and easy to switch off. The daily figure is the one you set for yourself, not one the app decided for you.
The week on a single page
Meals written, movement logged, minutes counted, habits kept. A plain record of what you did in the app — not a health assessment.
Reminders and a little reading
Nudges at times you choose, plus short plain pieces on cooking, routine and starting again after a break. General information, never framed as dietary or medical advice.
How it works
Three steps, and not one of them is a plan being handed to you.
Name what matters this month
Pick the few things you actually want to keep an eye on — the meals, a couple of movement days, water, an earlier night. Every number is one you type. Oria never hands you a plan and never sets a goal weight.
Log it in the moment
A meal is one line. A walk or a class is a name and the minutes. A habit is a single tap. If the day falls apart, nothing is lost and nothing tells you off — tomorrow starts fresh.
Read the week without a verdict
On Sunday it is simply laid out: what you cooked, what movement happened, which habits held. Not a grade and not a judgement — your own week, in your own words.
Trust & transparency
We would rather lose a sale than overstate what an app can do, so here is the honest boundary.
What Oria does
- Gives you one place for meals, movement, water and habits
- Lets you choose every habit, every session and every number in the app
- Sends optional reminders at the times you set
- Keeps a plain weekly record of what you finished in the app, exportable whenever you like
- Explains general ideas about cooking, routine and habit-building in ordinary language
What Oria does not do
- Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent obesity, PCOS, thyroid conditions, or any other medical condition
- Does not prescribe a diet, a calorie target, or a meal plan, and is not nutritional advice
- Does not promise weight loss, a dress size, or any particular number on a scale
- Does not sell supplements, pills, meal replacements, teas, or anything that claims to burn fat
- Does not claim clinical validation or medical endorsement, and uses no before-and-after photos
Important health disclaimer
This app is designed for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. It is not a diet plan, a weight-loss treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Healthy habits work differently for different people and individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or activity level — particularly if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
Who it's for
Oria is for adult women who want their meals, their movement and their small habits written down in one calm place, without being graded on any of it. It is a general wellness and educational product. It is not a diet, not a weight-loss programme, and not designed as a medical intervention or for people being treated for a diagnosed condition.
It is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and it is not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating. If a healthcare professional is already guiding you, follow their advice — Oria does not replace it.
- Women who want one calm log for meals and movement instead of notes in five different apps
- Anyone who already knows how they like to eat and move, and just wants it written down
- People who are done with challenges, streaks and apps that grade the day
- Anyone who would rather log for ten seconds than plan for ten minutes
- Anyone who prefers a plain price, no supplements and no claims software cannot stand behind
The whole app opens the moment you sign up
No card, no waiting list, no health questionnaire. Create an account and you land straight in the dashboard: log a meal, mark your movement, tick off the habits you chose, add a reminder, and watch the week fill in. If it isn't for you, delete the account from Settings and nothing of yours remains.
Frequently asked questions
The questions people ask before subscribing, answered without marketing language.
What is Oria, in one paragraph?
Oria is a subscription app for keeping everyday habits in one place: a plain meal log, a movement log, optional water and rest check-ins, habits you define yourself, reminders, a weekly page and a small shelf of general-information articles. That is the whole product — a tracking and organization tool for general wellness and education.
Is this a diet plan or medical software?
Neither. Oria is not a medical device, a treatment, or a therapy, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It does not prescribe a diet, set a calorie target, or give nutritional advice, and it does not replace a doctor or a registered dietitian.
Will I lose weight with it?
We do not promise that, and we would be wary of any app that did. Oria gives you an unpressured place to keep track of habits you chose. What that adds up to depends on you, your health and how consistently you use it. Individual results may vary.
Does it set a goal weight or count calories for me?
No. You decide what to track and what the numbers are. Every figure in the app is typed in by you, and Oria never assigns you a target or tells you a number is wrong.
What does it cost?
$10.49 per month, or $84 per year, which works out to about $7.00 a month. Every feature is included in both — there is no upgrade tier and nothing is sold inside the app. Prices are in U.S. dollars and any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you confirm.
How does the trial work, and how do I cancel?
New accounts get 7 days free, and we email a reminder before it ends. Cancel from Settings → Subscription or by emailing us. Cancelling in the trial means you are never charged; cancelling later stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no justification required. The details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I look inside before paying?
Yes. Creating an account takes about thirty seconds, asks for no card and no health information, and opens the whole log straight away. Nothing is hidden while you look around.
What happens to my data?
We collect your account details, what you logged in the app, and basic technical information. We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it to advertisers. On this deployment everything you log stays in your own browser rather than on our servers, and you can export it as a file or wipe it entirely from Settings at any time. The full description is in the Privacy Policy.
Is Oria suitable for everyone?
No. Oria is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating — in those situations a qualified healthcare professional should be guiding you, not an app.
Who makes Oria?
Oria is an independent software product. We are not a clinic, a laboratory, or a university, we are not affiliated with any healthcare organization, and nobody here reviews users clinically or writes diet plans. Ask us anything through the contact page and we will answer.
